Low Back and Neck Pain

If you’ve got low back or neck pain, we are here to help. These exercises are meant to be a relieving exercise prior to being seen based on the most common pain points and issues.

If at any point you do not feel relief or the pain gets worse; please stop using these tips and give us a call to set up an appointment, so that we can further evaluate and help your specific situation.
